When a buyer, partner, or visitor contacts AgriAI Expert, submits an RFQ/RFP, requests a sourcing discussion, or applies for partner review, we may receive business contact details, product requirements, specifications, documents, and message content.

Use of information

Information is used to review sourcing requests, clarify requirements, coordinate selected partner routes, support technical and commercial comparison, review documentation, and follow up when a project moves forward.

Confidentiality and third-party coordination

RFQs, specifications, pricing discussions, buyer forms, partner documents, and project details are treated as business-confidential. Relevant details may be shared with selected Egyptian production, export, quality, logistics, or documentation partners only when required to review a suitable route.
