Supply chain traceability

Farm-to-container visibility, reviewed at every stage.

Each sourcing project passes through documented checkpoints — from farm origin through IQF processing to reefer shipment — with documentation reviewed where available and coordinated per buyer requirements. Availability may vary by partner, product, and project scope.

The 8-stage journey from field to shipment

  1. Farm Origin — crop variety, growing region, season window, farm registration, and pesticide program where available.
  2. Harvest & Collection — harvest timing log, pre-cooling confirmation, field inspection notes, and inbound transport temperature.
  3. Reception & Sorting — receiving inspection, grading and sorting, foreign-material screening, and supplier lot reference.
  4. Processing — batch sheet, wash-water quality, cut or slice specification, and blanching time-temperature log for vegetables.
  5. IQF Freezing — tunnel temperature chart, core temperature verification, belt speed and dwell time, and post-freeze appearance check.
  6. Quality Control — Certificate of Analysis, MRL and pesticide residue report, microbiological results, and Brix for fruits.
  7. Packing & Palletizing — packing list and carton layout, label artwork approval, metal-detection pass log, and net-weight verification.
  8. Cold Chain & Shipment — container loading photos, reefer set-point and PTI, Bill of Lading, and phytosanitary and origin documents.
