Define the sample purpose
Samples may be used for taste, visual approval, lab testing, packaging review, buyer presentation, or production-route validation. The purpose should be clear before dispatch.
Connect samples to documents
Where relevant, samples should be accompanied by specification sheets, available COA or lab-test references, packing details, and traceability notes appropriate to the project scope.
Approval boundaries
Sample approval should not be treated as full shipment approval unless batch, specification, packing, documents, timeline, and commercial conditions are also confirmed.
