These are the formats commonly traded from Egypt. They serve different applications rather than representing quality tiers, so the format should follow the finished product, not the price.
Diced 10x10mm
Fine dice for soups, ready meals, and blends.
Diced 15x15mm
Intermediate cube for foodservice and prepared dishes.
Cubes 20x20mm
Large cube where the piece should remain visible and hold shape.
Slices 8-10mm thickness
Flat cut for roasting and plated applications.
